Analyst

are mostly graduates, who have gained initial practical experience. In addition, they are characterized by their high level of willingness to learn and excellent communication skills.

Consultants

independently recognize opportunities for optimization within a project and know which skills they require in order to devise an effective solution.

Senior Consultants

cover the entire Resulting and Performance process from the analysis through to the implementation and can develop solutions tailored to the particular customer. They manage staff and help them to acquire new skills and knowledge.

Managing Consultants

manage an internal Resulting or Performance team. They conceptualize complex relationships, from which they can glean new insights, and ensure communication between the individual areas. At the same time, they actively remove any obstacles encountered along the way.
